Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReLoad Centers Inc. (“ReLoad Centers,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

ReLoad Centers provides logistics services including:

• Amazon rejected load recovery
• Freight rework and rebuilding
• Storage and warehousing
• Transportation and redelivery
• Cross-docking services

3. Service Agreements

Specific terms for individual services will be outlined in separate service agreements or quotes, which supplement these general terms.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Service rates are as quoted or per published pricing
• Payment terms are Net 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Emergency services may require immediate payment
• Late payments may incur interest charges

5. Liability and Insurance

• Customers are responsible for adequate cargo insurance
• ReLoad Centers maintains general liability and cargo insurance
• Liability is limited to the declared value of goods
• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of discovery

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide accurate shipment information
• Ensure proper packaging and labeling
• Comply with all applicable regulations
• Pay invoices according to agreed terms

7. Force Majeure

ReLoad Centers is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, or government actions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials is owned by ReLoad Centers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the Ontario Arbitration Act.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
